PDFSePrint ("we", "us", "our") operates https://pdfseprint.com and the PDFSePrint ordering portal. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

1. What we collect

• Documents/files you upload — solely to print and fulfil your order.
• Contact & delivery details — name, phone number, email and shipping address.
• Order & payment metadata — items ordered, amount, and payment status (card/UPI details are processed by our payment partner and are not stored by us).
• Basic technical data — device/browser type and cookies strictly needed to run the site.

2. Purpose & lawful basis

We process your data only to: (a) print and deliver your order, (b) contact you about your order, (c) handle refunds/complaints, and (d) meet legal and tax obligations. Our lawful basis is your consent and the performance of the service you request under the DPDP Act.

3. How long we keep your files

Uploaded documents are encrypted and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Order records (invoice, address) are retained only as long as required for tax, accounting and legal compliance, after which they are deleted.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share the minimum necessary with delivery/courier partners (to ship your order) and payment gateways (to process payment). These partners use the data only for that purpose. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on access-controlled servers. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply reasonable safeguards as required under the DPDP Act and IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules.

6. Your rights (DPDP Act)

• Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction & erasure — ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, for future processing.
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (below).
• Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the site and ordering to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children

Our service is intended for users aged 18+ (or with parental/guardian consent). We do not knowingly process children's data without verifiable consent as required by the DPDP Act.
