These Terms of Service govern your use of https://pdfseprint.com and the PDFSePrint printing service, operated by Shubham Enterprises. By placing an order you agree to these terms. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical signature.

1. The service
PDFSePrint provides online document/PDF printing, binding and related services with doorstep delivery across India. Dispatched from our Bhilwara, Rajasthan hub across India.
2. Orders & pricing
- Prices start at ₹0.47/print (B&W) and ₹1.5/print (colour); the exact total, including delivery, is shown before payment.
- We accept UPI, card and bank transfer. A secure payment link is sent once your order is confirmed.
- We may refuse or cancel orders containing unlawful, infringing, or objectionable content (see §4).
3. Delivery
All delivery dates are estimates. Typical delivery is 3-7 working days (24-hour delivery available within Bhilwara). Actual times depend on courier performance, location, holidays and weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
4. Your content & responsibilities
- You confirm you own or are licensed to print the files you upload and that they do not infringe any copyright or law.
- You must not upload illegal, obscene, defamatory or infringing material.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your files and delivery address.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your documents. We use them only to fulfil your order and delete them as per our Privacy Policy. The PDFSePrint brand, site and content are our property.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction.
